Toggled abilities not highlighted

Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? My toggled abilities used to be highlighted when active on my skill bars, but now they don't. If I am wearing a polymorph I can't see if I have abilities like bound armor and inner light toggled.

Speaking of inner light, my little glowing orb doesn't show anymore when I'm playing. That's not a big issue, but I thought I'd add it in there.

I've tried looking in my settings and can't find anything to change this.

    Mage Light and its morphs are no longer toggles, that's why. When you activate them you just get a detection effect for pvp, with range differing between morphs. They still give give their bonuses when slotted though so that shouldn't worry you. As for Bound Armour, that one is still a toggle and should still have a highlighted outline around the skill in your bar.

    That makes sense, but you're right I should have the highlighted outline for bound armour and I don't.
