Toggled abilities not highlighted

Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? My toggled abilities used to be highlighted when active on my skill bars, but now they don't. If I am wearing a polymorph I can't see if I have abilities like bound armor and inner light toggled.
Speaking of inner light, my little glowing orb doesn't show anymore when I'm playing. That's not a big issue, but I thought I'd add it in there.
I've tried looking in my settings and can't find anything to change this.

✭Mage Light and its morphs are no longer toggles, that's why. When you activate them you just get a detection effect for pvp, with range differing between morphs. They still give give their bonuses when slotted though so that shouldn't worry you.
