Yes but it has free health care, nobody can shoot you as nobody has guns, paid medical leave, birth control is legal, little to no racism and so on.

So you can keep that phone support, its normal when the company is in your country.

That sounds way better than the POS country I live in lol. Its only gonna get worse over here after the 2016 election sadly.

What do you think you've done, that was possibly rule breaking? or do you really believe you did nothing wrong?

Because only gaming companies like NCSOFT ban you for no reason (then un-ban you after successfully appealing, which takes over 12 hours/days.)

i know at least one same ban and unban after, with my friend
and it was ZOS

Being one of hundreds of people ZOS wrongly banned in an anti-bot move only a few weeks after release .. it took over 36 hours for most of us to have the ban removed .. I always find posts like yours objectionable, it's what was said by many to us back then and not one ever had the guts to apologise for their posts like yours.

As mentioned by other users, suspensions can be for various reasons. This is not limited to CD Keys or wrong behavior and can sometimes be a security method.

The forums is not the place to reach out for assistance in this matter as we do not have insight behind why your particular ban occurred. It would be best to contact Customer Support (who can go over your account information) or reply to any emails sent to you specifying why you are not able to access your account. You can use Support at the top of this page to contact in. And I would recommend an "Appeal" contact as this is typically the team that handles these issues.
