I got the Engine Guardian helmet from the Cyrodiil vendor a while back (first weekend she showed up on console, I believe). I was very happy to finally get the shoulders tonight.

There isn't, PC's vendor did not show last week, so they are making it up this week.

FFS ZOS WTF....

WHERE IS ENGINE HELM??????????????? I have 10 shoulders of engine guardian...and never get helms....ever...for like over a year now...I have nothing but 8 shoulders of each type....even kena....but never any helms....

It's not ****** divines and different ****** helms and shoulders.....

You give the crappy set pieces being sold in all divines.....but not the helm or shoulders...

It's engine shoulder - Impen and infused
Skoria helm - Impen and infused....

I always wondered how people find the time and motivation to farm/grind a piece of gear with the "perfect trait". No build is going to break down just because 1 or 2 item sets have infused instead of divines.

I don't think you should get Divines at ALL from PvP vendor.
PvPrs can't get Impen anymore from Undaunted chest so why should Divines be readily available to PvErs who can get it from Undaunted chests too?

It is not like only PvErs use Divines. Very few players use 7 impenetrable in PvP. Most use a combination of Impenetrable and Divines, and now Well-Fitted as well.

TG DLC well fitted (improvement, no reinforced)
DB DLC well fitted (happy for the maintained improvement)

I still get lots of infused and devine helmets, but 9/10 are well fitted lol
