Main email account compromised- please help!!!

I can log into the game and forums, also account management. What I can't do is change the email account associated with account from the account management page. Unfortunately, the email account I have had for 15 years from my ISP has finally succumbed to the relentless assault of hackers and every time I re-activate it, it gets immediately shut down again for too many wrong passwords by whoever/whatever is trying to brute force my password. My ISP said they can't disable the security feature that keeps me permanently locked out of the account. SO basically, unless whoever is trying to steal my email account gives up, I'm SOL.

If you try to contact customer support, they send you a code to the primary email address (which I can no longer get to). This also means that since I spent a crapton of money updating my desktop SPECIFICALLY to play ESO, it considers it a "new device" and requires that extra code at log in, which I can no longer retrieve due to a compromised email account. As you can imagine- this is damned frustrating, especially after the considerable financial investment.

An actual customer service phone number is more carefully guarded then Obama's private cell number, so I can't figure out how to call anyone to resolve this by phone.

All I want to do is change my email address so I can continue to play. I understand the safeguards against hackers and all, truly. But for this scenario- there is no alternative I have other then to post on forums and pray someone from ZOS will have mercy on me. You can't imaging how painful it is to have ESO in 4K sitting in the next room and not be able to use it- there are no words to describe this frustration! An alternative way to reach customer support is needed to resolve this. *please!*

    If your ISP also provides your email, can they arrange for your mail to be forwarded?

    I have Time Warner- their customer service is legendary for being terrible, and now that they've sold the company, they don't even answer the phone...

    I will try to contact customer service for ZOS in-game, maybe I'll have luck... fingers crossed

    S'yn, I would not recommend contact Customer Support in game as they will try to contact you by the email currently associated with your account. As an alternative, please go to Support at the top of this page and when prompted to log in select Can't Login and follow the prompts for Compromised Account. It will allow you to contact in and suggest an email that you can use at this time. When contacting in, please let Support know your Username to get the process started. :)

    @CoriJ Per your recommendation, I followed the procedure for "cannot log on." I left a detailed message and requested a rep from customer support contact me at my non-compromised email. It hasn't been a full day yet, so I am still hopeful that I will hear from someone soon. Thank you for your reply and I hope this gets resolved soon. I will update as things progress (or fail to progress)... :#

    Evidently my plea for help in-game worked!!! My account email has been changed, I can get my code adn log in from my desktop (YEAH!!!!) Thank you ZOS- really appreciate the response and help :D
