Vampire bite not working.

I was trying to get a Vampire bite on my level 15 NB. Made sure to check all the obvious things... Right faction, right place, cooldown, etc. But the bite just was not working. I couldn't find anyone else to give it a try because I'm on DC and every time I asked people always said they were AD so I'm not sure if it's me or if it's the person trying to bite me.
I put in a ticket about it a few days ago but haven't heard anything and i can't for the life of me find where to check the status of my tickets so I figured this might get me a response.

✭If you haven't even confirmed if it was just the person you asked to bite you then why would you pull a ticket? It's probably not a bug and just him having bitten someone too recently or not having the bite ability.
