Best Class Pairings?

I recently got the game and whilst my game is still downloading, I've been surfing the internet, researching each class and race and their best parings. But even though I've researched a heap ton, I still don't know what to do.
I'm wanting to play with my friend, who's also very interested and I want to tackle the question that's been killing me for a while. So I decided to write on the forum, where people who've played the game are. The question is; what are the two best class pairings and what race do they go best with?
I've been thinking Templar + NB, Templar + DK. I've been reading a few threads about the sorcerer currently being out of balance with the rest of the classes, so I'm unsure about it, despite my love for that particular class.
That aside, I'd really like help with this. It's really pull a lot of weight off my shoulders.

Templar: orc
DK: orc
NB: orc
Sorc: orc

Templar will go good with any other class, but probably best off with a dragonknight. Nightblades are built around stealth and the templar simply wont be able to keep up, especially if you're not going with a stamina build. A dragonknight can pull off heavy damage with a stamina build while still being fairly tanky, while the templar provides ranged damage and healing.

I've levelled up a few characters with friends and I believe any combination can work especially through the early to mid-game, but the most successful collaborations have been when one was a designated healer (ideally a templar)

Currently I'm doing a dragonknight buddied up with a templar and it is the best combo. Both have skills that affect the whole group, both mainly DPS but for bosses the dragonknight has a taunt and can sort-of-tank, and the templar has a resto bar to focus on heals. We are doing public dungeons well above our level.

you would want a DK as one of them. I find when i pvp, sorc is the best person to have with you. Templar second, NB last.

This!
Templar has abilities to provide healing and stamina.
Dragonknight has group shields and buffs.
If you intend PvP as well, it (eventually) would not matter if you wanted to go magicka or stamina on either/both characters.
Templar - repentance is free, shards are decently cheap, a nice set of stamina morphs in addition to the mostly-magicka selection, and vigor available from PvP as a stamina heal if you prefer stamina to the Templar's magicka heal arsenal.
Dragonknight - shields and Dragon Blood (PvE heal) scale to health, Molten Armaments buffs the group, many magicka attacks that also heal the caster (or vigor heal for stamina), or if you prefer stamina, stamina builds are very strong as of the latest update.

Both Templar and Dragonknight are very good for support roles, but also strong for soloing once you learn the class well.

Redguard - Stamina Dragonknight
Altmer - Magicka Sorcerer
Orismer - Stamina Sorcerer
Dunmer - Magicka Nightblade
Khajiit - Stamina Nightblade
Altmer - Magicka Templar
Redguard - Stamina Templar

In regards to your question a magicka templar and a stamina dragon knight is an amazing duo with great buffs/debuffs, heals and sustain and extremely fun to play.

My list would be pretty similar to this, I'd opt for:
Dunmer - Magicka DK
Imperial - Stam DK
Altmer - MagSorc
Orc - StamSorc
Breton - Magblade
Khajiit - StamBlade
Altmer/Breton - Magicka Templar
Redguard - Stamina Templar

Also agree that Magicka Templar and Stam DK are a very strong duo.

Also, a dragonknight can use Molten weapons to give a templar major sorcery when teamed up, which is one area templars lack in.

I don't know how you can go wrong with a DK + Templar pairing. Stamina or magicka, doesn't matter too much. Both are ridiculously strong with a teammate.

My preference:
Dunmer magicka DK
Altmer magicka Templar
