Can I play when they are restoring character?

I have a ticket in to restore one of my characters and they said they are doing it, I was wondering if I can play while they do it, It has been about 4 hours and not sure how long it takes in total but would like to play.

You may play while they are restoring characters. The only time when Support may need you to log off is if they are working on a specific character and you are logged into that character.
