Flawless Conqueror Glitch

I posted this in the general forum, but thought it more appropriate here. I finished my flawless run yesterday with a score and time (and 15/15 vitality obviously), but to my surprise the game did not award me the achievement? Why? Because I disconnected between 6/7, which is a well documented bug (not a local issue ZOS if everyone has it...)
I know others have had this issue. 20 emails to 'support' (perhaps inappropriately named...) no response.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, I LOVE this game, but please help out your players! Not only do I need to beat your content, but I need to beat the lag and the regular disconnects as well. Through no fault of my own I was robbed of the title.
I'm not looking for a handout, just some sort of recognition that there is an issue here. I have video / photo proof that I did it, so hopefully something can be worked out.

Just got the same screw over, I was so excited I finally did it and then nothing, completely screwed over. Please tell me ZOS will make this right, I have been busting my ass in there for months trying to do this only to get robbed in the end0

Might be a little late coming into this conversation but you can take screenshots on Xbox. Double tap the home button and press Y to take the screenshot. Then upload the screenshot to Onedrive and you can get that screenshot on your phone or computer.0
