Why does xbox eso+ never work right?

    I can read your frustration. I'm so sorry. I've been there too. Ugh! I had the whole "You're not a subscriber" thing happen again today...all DLC content greyed out...sigh.

    I've never let my subscription lapse and have contacted them about missing crowns twice-but they say I've gotten them. Then a week or so later, I'll get them.

    For the glitched lock-out of DLC ESO+ I suggest putting a ticket in, and doing a hard reset on your Xbox. Sometimes, that will fix it.
    As far as crowns, I've suggested they implement a 'color' to the ESO+ crowns ( like crown bought potions or repair kits?) so we can distinguish them from any we purchase in addition and can visually confirm when they are debited. But, I'd give Xbox a support ticket too, nevertheless. I think they play a part in the craziness we experience.

    No idea but I test it from time to time and as of the last 30 days it still requires a ticket followed by email responses each time I pay new or renew regardless of payment method.

    That is really ridiculous. It's not like ZOS is doing something new and revolutionary and when not having ESO+ will literally lock you out of a good portion of the while game now... wait, what happens if you're in a DLC zone... and you get kicked from ESO+?
    What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

    Halfway through your loading screen it switches loading screens into a non-DLC area.
    Happened to me yesterday, started loading me into Wrothgar, finished loading me into Grahtwoot.
    Why be normal when you can be better?

    Fortunately a ticket to ZOS and a reboot of the Xbox (AFTER removing my character from Elden Root) fixed the issue.
    I would have preferred anywhere but Grahtwoot, though... I hate Grahtwoot loading times and game crashes. But I get the same from Wrothgar (that's why my character had been logged out in Wrothgar) so frying pan/fire really. :s:D

    My guess would be that Xbone architecture wasn't built around having other companies with a subscription base outside of Xbox Live subscription, that usually covers it. PS4 doesn't have this issue as they have several subscription based games within their online play including Final Fantasy MMO's since PS2.

    I'm with you there, @SolarCat02

    I keep hoping each day I go to pick up the pledges or turn in writs that I'll stay connected.

    At first, this issue was surprising. Then, kind of a game to see if I could figure out how to stay connected in these two zones. Nothing worked.

    However, in the end it's just disheartening. I wish it could be fixed. I'd like that.

    Same here. I have to restart the game anytime I change characters. Oh and I bought an extra month cause I thought at first my membership was expired.....uggghhhhh
