Already reported the issue here (no acknowledgement from ZOS, though): https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/269603/mementos-broken
First response to a support ticket is always automated and entirely unhelpful. It's also the weekend so I wouldn't expect an actual reply until tomorrow at the earliest.

Jason or somebody pulled up my ticket and gave me a human response. Hopefully this can get fixed soon since ZOS now has acknowledged this glitch.
I really hope this doesn't last until next patch/update.

The reason why CS does not always respond quickly to these emergencies is because some people shower them with reports for completely irrelevant issues that have zero priority.
But just to be safe they should take down the servers so it doesn't cause anymore grief and breaks the entire in-game economy.

Because it disables functionality of game mechanics. It's literally a "game breaking bug".

Mementos are not a game mechanic. You could remove them tomorrow and the game would function the same way.

Are you all really pointlessly bumping this thread just to argue whether or not mementos are a game mechanic?
Guess what, mementos are in game, and FYI, they aren't spelled nor pronounced "momentos". Having lack of use of mementos is quite literally by it's definition a "game breaking bug".
To elaborate and clarify this, anything that impairs the functionality of the game, especially when it comes to achievements or unlocks (basically anything required to beat the game 100% or play all of the content), is a literal game breaking bug. I don't know what context you're trying to argue it's not a game breaking bug in, but even under the notion a game breaking bug is only something that impairs completion of the game or functionality of playing the game you are still wrong because under that context it's still a game breaking bug. There is no way you can argue it's not, this thread was simply to get attention to this issue. Now that it has gotten that attention, I do not wish it to be continued any further. Thank you.

Irrelevant conclusion, game breaking specifically refers to anything that breaks the game. Why are you trying to argue this? I don't mind going in circles with you. Go ahead, tell me again why it's not a "game breaking" bug.
Also by creating a second ticket, I was able to get help much faster. This thread it's self had nothing to do with the issue aside from the fact the first person was dismissing my ticket as trash which it was not. Thankfully someone took notice of it and addressed it. This thread at this point is garbage, but it has absolutely 0 reflection of the amount of time zenimax will take, this is a programming issue not a social issue.

Glad you finally got aware of that, now next time please use the ingame /bug command or just open a ticket instead of bugging people on forums with your "gamebreaking" issues.
