Using poisons disables sneak?!

PVPing tonight and applying poisons to my weapons had a very strange effect: Whenever I hit an enemy player and the poison ticked off, I couldn't got into hide while the dot was running AND for the cooldown period afterwards. With Vicecannon set equipped the no-crouch-time even scales up to 15 seconds which is almost an eternity in PVP. And since I don't equip just ONE bottle of poison on my weapon but a whole stack, I continuously use poison again while in a fight which means I cannot go in hide at all.
Is this really intended or a bug?

It's worse now.
I didn't realise it was a factor until last night when my cloak only worked 1 out of every 6 or 7 casts in a town ( i had a pretty large bounty because I didn't care if witnesses saw me murder ) I can just shadowy disguise out right? Wrong
Lost about 15k ( that's all I had on me, the bounty was still like 3-4k after that and I was broke on the char...

visionality✭✭✭✭✭I tried a lot of different poisons, effect was always the same. During the dot-phase and the cooldown-phase, going in sneak is not possible. Cloaking works for me though (although not every time as it seems broken)1

No, just no.....you aren't "damaging" them, you Damaged them. ✭✭✭I think the decision to keep the name POISON for a magical concoction is going to haunt ESO.
Idont think anybody expects blood craze (name) stick-em-then-heal-then-bleed to ket you crouch and sneak ehile it is still cycling.
But a "poison" doing the same thing causes "real world" thoughts to creep into someyhing just as magical.
Maybe if they had named them arcanoils, or Meerwhoopahoniads people would not be injecting kitchen sink logic.

dwtdwtdwt✭✭✭This is happening with the Vicecannon set. The set is meant to do damage when you crit from a crouching position, but while the poison DoT is in effect, you cannot go back into crouch. This should not be the case.
I am asking the developers to look into this mechanic and change it. The Deadly Venom HoT should not break crouch. You should be able to crouch (even if not fully hidden), regardless if you have this leeching DoT/HoT on or not.
