What is the function of a nightblade in PVE end game ??

Twice born star and kena or scathing and kena with
- Wall of elements
- Merciless Resolve
- Medium fire staff weaves
- Swallow Soul
- Cripple

Really basic set up with a heap of damage nearly all done at range. Stam and mag dks may pull more dps but it's all high risk melee range and the damage they gain, they lose during dodge rolls away from certain bosses or during very mobile boss fights. Mag sorcs beat them in dps but only with overload.

Magblades sustain their resources so well with amazing self heals. My lady friend has been playing a mag sorc for 6 months and just isn't getting any better (mind you I catch her hard casting frags haha) but I'm putting her onto the magblade this patch. They are the easy mode class of the game.

I think you are talking about stamina nightblades, who are well one on the weakest in PvE, while being one of the best in PvP.

I have mostly all Stamblades and none of them are near weak.This is in PvE. I had problems with my DK though,that took me forever to get to vet 4.
I got one of my Stamina Nightblades to V6 within a very short time.No problems.

When someone is saying 'weak in PvE' they dont mean leveling content. They mean max level vet dungeons and trials. In this case it means stamblade dps is seriously lacking compared to other classes.

I didnt say that you meant leveling.I merely mentioned my levels. I just dont believe that Stamina Nightblades are seriously lacking compared to other classes.I have tried DKs,Sorcs,and NBs and found NBs to be the easiest to play,and fastest to level.I can run dungeons nicely,take down bosses,and even a few World bosses as well.No problem.
I think this is just your opinion of them.I havent seen much to defend your statement.

Nobody means that stuff by pve.

They mean endgame, in a trial as a dps role. Stam nb do like the lowest damage. Think stam sorc even hits higher now.

Is your name 'everyone"? If it isnt then dont speak for those who dont know you are doing so. I am sure not "everyone"knows what it means.Some people dont even speak your special form of code.Endgame to me is once I have done all the quests and content.NOT trials,arenas and PvP. A lot of people think that way,buy many dont.

When everyone but you says pve, they mean dungeons and trials. They don't mean attending the silvenar's wedding.

Stam NB is fun, but since the DB update, mine is having serious sustain issues. Unless the healer is dropping shards constantly, I'm running out of stam. This was not a problem before DB. Looks like maybe it's time to re-spec to magicka.
