Am I the only one having Ultimate problems?

Since the DB update, my Ultimate has become unreliable. Specifically, I use Warhorn in group dungeons. Sometimes I press the Ultimate key and Warhorn goes off. Other times, I can press the key over and over and it will not go off (even though I have enough Ultimate). I never had issues before the update. Has an Ultimate cooldown been implemented? Is this just me?

✭✭✭✭✭No, there are a number of threads about this already and I believe some replies from Jessica or other developers which can be found in the Dev Tracker.
Apparently one issue is fixed next week in weekly patch.

No, this isn't something we can hotfix, unfortunately. If it was, we would. The fix is in for next week's PC/Mac incremental patch, though.
