I was told this by a friend, turned in a bunch of keys, and didn't get any impen myself. Can this be confirmed or tried by others?
Also, prosperous is there.

We'd better get some better drops in our once weekly vendor if the PvEers get daily dungeon rewards then. @ZOS_GinaBruno3
