I'm English how am I meant to know which to use when the options are Ja and Nein, this is why Britain will be leaving the EU at the end of June! How are we meant to understand what Johnny Foreigner is saying!

But with regards to the finishing moves, they take to long and whilst doing them their friends have the time to unleash half a dozen attacks whilst I'm watching the same move over and over again. Whilst nice for the first few, it's does not even compare to Shadow of Mordor, which does the attacks and slows down time to watch them.

    Broaden your horizons, friend.

Well this is just a matter of making good decisions in combat. Since it's executable rather than automatic, you'd have a choice whether or not to do it. If there's still a pack of baddies surrounding you, perhaps just go for the more conventional kill.
