I haven't had the chance to play the PTS for this patch and had a few questions if someone could answer.

Oils for poisons and reagents dropped from bosses - Does this include world bosses?, delve bosses?. Any specifc example would be great.

New motifs i read drop from larger stolen shipments. Anywhere else i can obtain these motifs?.

IC - Tel var is -50% if death by mob or player, is this confirmed?
