But I will say that choosing to be a vampire or WW should have consequences more than just Fire Weakness and weakness to Fighter's Guild abilities. .

Why? It's not as if vamp and WW is that powerful to warrant any more weaknesses or grief to the player. We can turn beast for 20 seconds every 300 ultimate or cast 2 mediocre spells...all dat powah must be penalized! :p

Because the disadvantages only affect combat. My suggestion would add disadvantages in the game world too (assuming you opt in). Some people enjoy adding more difficulty to a game.

The main thing is, vampires or werewolves should -feel- like their fluff suggests. Not just everyday characters with an additional skill line, but... bloodsucking fiends caught between the person they might have been and the monster they could be, or unfortunate people who occasionally turn into slavering beasts.

Check all the stories and clichees. It is part of the whole. And yes, they decided not to go there so far... just like there are tons of things they did not go for at launch, from justice system to criminal guilds... and we are now discussing how they might. It is not too likely the powers that be might pick up on these ideas... but it is still enjoyable to brainstorm about such details to make the game world feel more "alive" (or in case of vampires and werewolves... undead and cursed instead ;) )

So, I really want more vampire and werewolf clichees in our ESO suckers and part-time furries. Struggling to control your bloodthirst at stage four vampire. Running on fours and howling at the full moons even if you don't want to as werewolf. And... normal people breaking out torches and pitchforks when you show off your "monster side" to them.
