People need to stop overreacting and need to realise these issues are ONLY on PC.
The other 2 out of the 3 platforms are on are absolutely fine. The biggest issue is players not realising their own internet connection is the main cause to 95% of their problems the other 5% being when there are many players in the same location which ZOS need to work on.
But what game has anyone ever played that was perfect and why are they not playing it anymore and here on these forums?
People seriously need to give ESO a break because deep down we all like the game and enjoy it or else why on Earth would you be playing it or have over 4 maxed out characters?
hacking / exploiting should lead to ban
look for them, protect against them, ban them forever when caught.
simple and effective, please ZOS check how CCP does it for EVE online.
those guys are quick and spot on!

Either I don't care about hacking/exploiting or I'm considering it myself.
Without an option like "I don't think it's a minor issue but I'm not considering it myself because I have a bit of decency and would rather see them punished" I'm not voting.
Well there is no option for me - I do not want ESO to become a 2nd Archeage disaster. I will personally most likely not be effected by this for a long time to come - but it kills any desire to try out pvp at some point in time, and as I know me, I will want to try it and maybe even enjoy it - but not, if these hacks are around - that is why I left Archeage for example. So in short, as long as I do not do pvp, it will most likely just be an annoyance on the forums for me - but when I will try pvp and will be confronted with these kind of hacks, this might make me leave for good.

Finite resources, staff, and trying to the keep the game afloat I can understand it will take time for them to fix issues; there are games where cheating is far more rampant and have bigger issues than ESO.

I get what you are saying, but comparing ESO to Archeage in any sense is way off. That game was set up to be a P2W disaster right from the get go, with a developer (Korean) and publisher ocean's apart (literally). What a mess.
Being a console player, It doesnt bother me. I'm just waiting for the first Hard Mode Vet Maw to be done by a group of 12 meteor spammers, there's already been a 29 minute vma run
While I am not about to pack up and move or start cheating myself, it does feel like enforcement is not present or too light.
