✭✭✭I think the best part about this whole thing is that the people who began openly abusing the hack a week ago are still here with no action taken despite clear video evidence, showing their names, that has been put up previously. And now the hack has spread over all three factions. It's pretty much been the policy of these forums that the cheater/exploiter/hacker gets away with whatever they are doing and the one calling them out gets a muting.
Been muted at least 3-4 times just for calling them out for past exploits. Usually the same guy, who btw posts like he is some sort of ambassador to pvp and fair play (and aoe caps omg), but has always been part of this scene of exploiting stuff.
Now I only hint at names. So far I've not been warned about that.
Things like "solitary" ""fen-dweller" fly under the radar as they have no meaning.0 -

Funny thing is certain DC nightblades have been using this for a long time to get in keeps from the side door. They just never could get it to work with the up and down that fast and would sit there for a couple of minutes to achieve the elevation to jump in.0 -

and do what ban the few that are dumb enough to do it that obvious for like 3 days? if you don't have checks in place to find them you will have people get more and more clever in disquising their cheating.9 -

Thank you for reporting these and providing video proof. We've got that one and three others that have gone off to the Support, Live, and Dev teams for review and investigation.
While we'd prefer our players not call out others for allegedly cheating in-game here on the forums -- mainly because those of us here on the forums don't have access to the tools and game logs needed to investigate those claims while the Support team does -- the use of external cheat programs is not something we take lightly. We are investigating those who have been reported for this behavior.23 -

✭✭✭✭✭I love that so many well known players are using this exploit. Now that they have outed themselves as cheaters, their entire legacy and the legacies of their guilds can be put into question.
Once a cheater always a cheater. I feel sorry for the people that used to run with these guys. They might be collateral damage even if they never cheated.
At least now the community can stop pretending a lot of these guys are actually skilled. They just cheated under cover and now they are bored and showing everyone how they got so far in this game.15 -
