You will get 2.5 cp per vet level. In your case 12.5. Bumping you up to 137 and making you essentially a v13 (cp 130)

I read on the update patch notes that it's 10 cp per vr ?

That is not for a character but for general conversion of gear and other sutff.

Characters keep their Cp, get a bonus for max vet level and may get a flat raise to their current gear vet level x10 if that is still better than the other.

the post that said cp130 means your character can now wear cp130 gear is correct.

alkso, at that time you will gain 11 att pts and 11 skill points for the vet levels between 5 and 16 (yes 16 not 13) bc all those are now rolled into base leverls 3-50.

    So, big payday for you.

Also, this applies to all your characters at vet level tho the skill/atts boost will vary with their vet lvl.

If you're v16 and don't yet have 160 champion points then you'll be given enough champion points so that you can still wear all your v16 gear or cp160 gear as it will become.

I believe you'll also be given a certain amount of champion points per current veteran rank when dark brotherhood goes live, up to a total of 40 at veteran rank 16 if I remember correctly. You get this for your highest level character.
