Give Blade Cloak Major Brutality

Please move the major brutality buff from flying blade to blade cloak. This would bring blade cloak up to par with rally (with different utility but still useful) and give bow users an option other than 2H. With the changes to flurry coming in the DB patch, this would make DW a competitive option with a bow. As it is right now, flying blade is completely useless other than the buff for anyone running a bow so you're putting yourself at a complete disadvantage by taking anything other than 2H.

Probably wont happen at this point, ZOS doesnt like to admit they goofed up.

eh idk, wouldnt be that difficult a change to make. take the damage off of blade cloak if need be, nobody uses the skill for damage (of the few that use it at all)

The few times I actually got a killing blow with blade cloak, I burst out laughing in TeamSpeak.

I think they should redesign that ability to a point where it is usable. On live you have a DoT that ticks for about 2-2.5k every 3! seconds the 20% reduced AoE damage is nothing to sneeze at but it simply doesn't cut it.
I'd be happy if they changed the skill to proc every 1 sec or add an execute to it at 35% health that deals another 300% extra damage. They could add these effects to the morphs. Quick cloak receives the 1 sec proc and deadly cloak gains the execute.

Blade Cloak is a great skill. There are a couple thing's i'd like to see changed though.

This ability in my eye's has no identity. I don't know what this ability want's to be. You have AoE mitigation with little AoE tick's of damage and the choice of either a burst of speed or damage (with free throwing dagger).

I would much rather the ability focus on one thing and do it well.

1: give the Major Expedition buff to the ability base line (morph-less)
2: have one morph mitigate more aoe damage (35%)
3: have the other morph throw a dagger that has a special debuff or deal significant damage.

If i run in to someone with this ability, i should be thinking 1 of 2 thing's: "watch for the dagger he throw's when he activates blade cloak" and "my aoe's deal hardly any damage to him when he uses blade cloak".

At the moment, Blade Cloak (and morphs) does both but they don't do it that well.

1: 20% AoE mitigation is not that much in my opinion. Could use a buff.
2: The duration is very short (most buff's are 15 seconds unfortunately, should be 25+)
3: Deadly Cloak:

Deadly Cloak will not be taken solely because Major Expedition is to valuable. The damage is 1k more then a flying blade for my nightblade. Even though free to cast, it has no snare/debuff/buff attached. This morph is just to niche to use over Quick Cloak.

Deadly cloak is what confuses me the most. When would i want to activate an AoE mitigation skill and throw a dagger at the same time. It really make's no sense to me. This is why i suggest the ability either deal a ton of damage or have some kind of control effect.

This morph in particular need's a rework imho.

4: The AoE damage the ability deal's every 3 second's is abysmal.

Many thing's need to be done to the ability. Above are just some of my suggestions.
