Hi everyone

i finaly got to VR16.

Im a Bosmer Stam. Nightblade with 233 CP Dualweeld/Bow.

Armor is Hundingrage and Nightsilants
And i have the Agility Rings and Neckles.

Im looking for High DPS with decend Healt.
To use in PVP.

My Questions are the following.

1. What is the best Armor
2. What are the best Glyphs for Armor
3. What are the best Glyphs for Bow and 2 Swords
4. Best place to spend Champion Points.
5. How best to spend Attribute Points.
6. Optimising Dow And Dualweeld bars.
7. Best Ultimets to use.
8. Pleace also comment on anything i have overlookt.

    1. It depends whether you're wanting group, solo or ganking and if it's for now or when DB comes
    2. All Stamina
    3. Crusher enchant is nice on a Bow if you open with that and damage on swords (although I haven't bothered to look in to glyphs too much)
    4. Not too sure on optimisation for your number of CPs
    5. All Stamina
    6. Refer back to 1
    7. Refer back to 1
    8. Regardless of what you're wanting to do, you're going to miss out on a pre-fight Major Brutality and the HoT from not having Rally. You can make up for the former with pots although this is expensive.

Check out the link below which should give you some more insight:

You will probably do better with 2h/bow, because rally is such a good skill.

The Meta for gear is 5 hundings, 1 kena, 1 bloodspawn, agility jewelry and Maelstrom weapons. If you dont have the monster pieces or VMA weapons, Something like night mothers or night silence will work just fine. I suggest making you Chest, pants, belt, gloves and boots in hundings (always good to make 5 piece sets this way), so you can swap in better pieces as you get them with head, shoulders, and weapons.

People typically go for sharpened in PVP, because so many people run Impenetrable, so precise is not as good. Armor traits are up to you. The most common would be a combo of Impen, Divines, and Infused (only on big pieces). Well-fitted sounds like it will be pretty nice for a stam build next patch as well. I typically run all divines to really boost my stam regen, but I know lots of people running 7 Impen.

For CP, you want to max out Mighty and Stam regen first for PVP. My NB bars for 2H/DW:

2H: Crit rush, executioner, Rally, surprise attack, Mass Hysteria, Soul Harvest (or dawnbreaker).
Bow: Caltrops, Vigor, Poison Injection, Cloak, Flex (Evil Hunter, Rapids, etc.), Soul teather

Looks a lot like a Sypher build, but very effective. If you are set on DW, I would swap Crit Rush for ambush, executioner for Killers Blade, and steel tornado for Rally. Rally is just so hard to give up. Its a weapon buff and wonderful heal. If I am in a good group with a good healer, I run this setup because Steel Tornado Is really good in big battles.

2h/bow is a shout for sure, I use it but I run a gank build so have different priorities

    Gear is 5 shield breaker
    1 molag kena
    2 lekis focus

    Warrior Mundus

Glyphs all stam on armour and irresistible on weps.

Jewelry is obviously agility, all with wep dmg on them.

I run vamp on my build

2h bar: rally, vigour, cloak, WB, concealed weapon ulti: bats

Bow: relentless focus, rapid man, piercing mark, focused aim, radiant mage light ulti: flawless db

Bow is precise and 2h is Sharpened. Want my 2h powered when the update hits console.

Really nice gank and run build as by the time I get spotted what I'm. Shooting at is either dead or hasn't got a scooby where I am, or preferably both.

As a gank build, you should probably max your crit damage and go with the Shadow Mundus (instead of the Warrior)
Divines trait makes sens for the armor traits (to boost that crit damage for initial burst from stealth).
(If not going fully Gank style, go Impenetrable)

    Cloak (I hope it's Shadowy Disguise... :P)
You are better suited with 5 hundings instead of 5 shiled breaker for ganking (more raw damage, more crit%)
Also, no gap closer? Where is Ambush?
Concealed Weapon? I guess you mean Suprise attack...!?
    No fear?

Also, huge advantage to run a Wood Elf for that extra 10% damage from stealth.

I would replace WB with Mass Hysteria and put Cloak on my second bar in place of Rapid Maneuver.

If you like moving fast from stealth, you can use Double Take...

best build would be something like this

    race: Nord

    7 pieces of heavy armor
    put all points into health
add gyphs for health and health regen
    use health regen drinks
    use health potions

    Then spam Fear and Vigor.

    I prefer something like this:

6 light armor (because who needs pants!?)
    all point into magica
glyphs of magica and magica regen
    use magica regen drinks
    use magica regen potions

    Spam Cloak.
