Because it's already super easy to level Undaunted?

The active skills not so much. All about dem passives.

You'll reach max level at level 50, which means you won't have to grind your way up to VR16 anymore. Furthermore, you'll be able to equip CP160 gear right away, which means dungeons should be completed faster.So now that Alliance war skills are handed out like candy to PVErs. Are their any plans to give PVPers the undaunted skill line in a similar fashion?
Dont get me wrong. I dont want PvE players to grind AP for skills. Give them these skills if they dont enjoy PvP. I just dont want to waste so much time to level undaunted to 9 to get the passives as I am going to use this character only for PvP. The point is that getting Assault skills still harder and not fully rewarding for PvE players, SPECIALLY for multiple characters because:
1) There are not very much PvP guilds out there
2) Of those out there, very few will match specific timezones (my case)
3) Except for the skills, you get APs to buy outdated items that almost nobody buy or motifs that don't sell well due the monstrous gold/AP conversion
4) The grow progression is much bigger than Undaunted's and the only way to get it is killing players (or repairing keeps, for a very small amount), while Undaunted let you finish ANY delve/public dungeon/group dungeon (and if pledge, a key for more reward) and they pay "equally", in matter of skill progression, as there A LOT more achievements related to them, and you grow up Undaunted for each one you complete

get group that has time for 5h.
do each dungeon thats part of the speed run achi and the one where you need to finish the dungeon with special requirement.
its 8 dungeon. you get 3 achi per dungeon if you do speedrun + the special requirement, when you unlock the speedrun+special requirement achi, which means 2 more achi, thats 26 achi.
this part takes about 2-3h with solid good team.
After this. run city of ash veteran mode> collect the deadly pie, undaunted savior achi, and finish the dungeon on hardmode, you get 4 achi in total. then run the dungeon again, do speedrun achi.
about 1h goes into this.
Do city of ash 5 times more if you want to unlock 3 more achi.
32 very easily gotten achi if you scale dungeons to vr 1 or if you want loot, then scale to vr 16
also the buy drink for undaunted members in each city, that gives you quite lots of points. Ah yes i forgot, when you do the daily gold and silver, you get 15 undaunted points. in one day, in 5-7h you get undaunted to lv 6-7.
After this. repeat all those 8 dungeon each 5-8 times and you get 12 other achi. wayrest, and spindle, both take with skipping about 11-12min. fungal grotto, and dark shade takes the longest to complete the achi, but all done easily in 1 week. with just playing about 5h per day.
10 days doing dailies will get you 150 points which is almost one undaunted rank.
