Still can't load into any instances in Cold harbor
Every time I try to load into any instance on a quest chain it gets stuck on the load screen this is happening in cold harbor I have to shut down the game and restart it every time this happens. It gives me a message saying usually long load time and sits there for minutes linear wait so far was 10 minutes. It didn't load. GT: FuzzyPotatoe Charector name: Grog'Nak

Just more of a heads up it is spreading to other instances won't let me load into mages guild quest instance for the Al'rika Desert quest chain, either now. It did let me do The Harborage Solo instances though.0

I hard reset my xboxone and still an issue, also I keep losing my active XP boosts and tricorn boosts that I bought from the crown. This is the second one that has disappeared while I was offline and I did log off before I shut the game down. I can't advance if I can't log into solo dungeons...0

Now my ESO plus is missing!! I paid for it on May 13, 2016... Come on now. This is really starting to get out of hand.0

My ESO plus subscription is active on my Xboxone subscription page, but says inactive in the game.0
