Shinji's Scarp Cadwell's Almanac not updating

My friends and I, a group of 4 of u, the the entire Shinji's Scarp objective quest line. We completed the quest line and got The Road to Rivenspire , and turned that in. We still didn't get the update. We also did the Old Adventurers quest line.
When we look on the map, the Shinji's Scarp poi is still black, showing it's not finished, but when we go to the area the ogres are all gone and the area is morphed into the post quest state. When you mouse over the poi is says, "Help the Murtag clan stop the Ironhand Orges", Cadwell's Almanac reads the same.
The problem is....there are no more Ironhand orges....we already got rid of them all. lol
Is this quest bugged or are we just missing something?
Fixed: We found we were missing a quest that isn't part of the main area line, Orge Teeth. It's given by Captain Dugakh and can be found near the Shinji Scarp area.

There should still be a few, maybe about five of them in one little area, and you just have to find them and kill them, and wait for them to respawn, so you can get all 124 teeth. It's kind of lame.0
