Been farming for outlaw helms with no result :(

Hello!!!
So the only thing I have done these past two weeks was to try farming the outlaw helms but I have no absolute drop
... I also cant find it anywhere on any guild store, so it feels almost as if the drops are pretty bad. Does anybody know a way to get it faster? To be honest I am getting pretty bored of killing the same mob over and over, and when I do that it makes me want to go away from ESO ;___;... I am also wondering if anyone would be willing to trade? I can offer you ancient elf motif if you wish! I know it is not the prettiest but its all I have xD
