Been farming for outlaw helms with no result :(

Hello!!!
So the only thing I have done these past two weeks was to try farming the outlaw helms but I have no absolute drop ... I also cant find it anywhere on any guild store, so it feels almost as if the drops are pretty bad. Does anybody know a way to get it faster? To be honest I am getting pretty bored of killing the same mob over and over, and when I do that it makes me want to go away from ESO ;___;... I am also wondering if anyone would be willing to trade? I can offer you ancient elf motif if you wish! I know it is not the prettiest but its all I have xD

Oh also, is it against forum rules to offer trading?

Are you hitting the right boss? Different bosses drop different chapters.

I think so, I have seen a youtube video that Bahraha drops all outlaw motifs, but no luck for helms

(wait just saw the video that you cant farm helms, oh God it sucks being on the phone with slow internet watching tutorials to play on the console xD)

So anyone knows where to farm helms?
