Removing AOE caps would just make organized zergs stronger. It would let them roll over unprepared players faster. Also I'd submit that more players would be happy if they could play an objective based, battleground style PVP, that took the need to zerg off the table completely due to the teams not being even big enough to zerg.
Further threatening ZOS is not going to make them listen to you. They'll overlook you due to appearing to lack rational.

The Zerg would hit even more targets with even more damage.
All you will do is let the zerg wipe anyone in their path even faster as they will always have more scaled defense (and decoys to spread the damage) then anyone else can muster.

Zerging is 97% of the PvP player base - just imagine how many players would leave if it meant they actually had to learn how to play the game instead of standing I'm amongst 20+ players pressing 1 button over and over and over and over - people still don't seem to understand that as a business it's in ZoS best interests to keep the majority happy, it's just sad that majority are the ones who have no intention of learning to play the game properly (yes I'm looking at you beast players who think it ok to jump from PvP straight into Imperial City Prison with your crit rush wrecking blows ftw)
Minority Report - WE HAVE LOST.

Isn't the cap in place to improve performance by reducing server calculations? (instead of calculating an ability on 100 targets, it's only X) This is why caps were added recently for Purge and Barrier, and Rapid Maneuver was limited to group members only.
A lot of people have asked for both removal of these caps and better performance in Cyrodiil, but these are in some ways conflicting requests. In my case, I'm more interested in better performance even if it means proxy det can only hit 10 people instead of 100.
