    Technically it is, if you manage to dodge out of the effected area before it hits =P

    That's what i thought. If you see the animation, just dodge roll to get behind the caster and you're out of the aoe radius. Ultimate dodged!

    i don't believe in it personally but people who do use it will use it vigorously to make sure you are hit with dawnbreaker. the same people who spammed WB.
