Floating shield animation while blocking.

When/why was this added and how do i get rid of it forever. Seriously we dont need a floating shield to see when someone is blocking.

Having the sensation from our fingers that we're pressing down on our right-mouse-button is not enough. We need a visual aid too. I'm sure soon enough we'll get audio to accompany it. Maybe even some floating text dialogue. Possibilities are endless.

ZOS needs to make this (and many other VFX) toggleable, plain and simple. The floating shield glyph is almost universally reviled on PTS and yet nothing was done thus far.

We heard you like blocking, so we added some blocking animations to your blocking so you know you're blocking while you block.
