Floating shield animation while blocking.

When/why was this added and how do i get rid of it forever. Seriously we dont need a floating shield to see when someone is blocking.

✭✭ZOS needs to make this (and many other VFX) toggleable, plain and simple. The floating shield glyph is almost universally reviled on PTS and yet nothing was done thus far.1 -
