Yea, well dude... we are trying to help you out. If you want to have a chance to get comment from a dev you need to:
1: Be more specific with the issues you are having.
2: Be more amicable.

Personally I would like some kind of safeguard from accidentally tagging innocent NPCs because the one I was aiming at moved just as I hit the key, so that attack on a neutral NPC is clearly an intended action rather than a mistake due to whatever. For example make it so that two consecutive attacks are required to actually initiate the attack rather than one missclick.

Considering the ZERO information you have provided I'd expect just as much information from Zos.
Lol, is this post for real?

Escape, Settings, Gameplay, Prevent Attacking Innocents On
This will however hurt you if you are caught steeling and the innocent that sees starts to attack you. You will either die, or have to turn it off while being attacked.

There is a toggle in the
settings ---> gameplay
where you can turn on/off "prevent attacking innocents" for all NPCs.
If you're aiming for a certain NPC, be sure to use the tab target ... if the intent is to focus on one NPC in a group ...
