I really would love to test but PTS just won't install properly it seems (trying 3 days now). -.-

However, I am a little curious about tooltips that read: "attacking from behind" or "rolling through an enemy". Do not get me wrong, it sounds amazing and I would love to try them. Question is: Does this work?

Has anyone tried flanking and morihouse set, yet? Do they work as intended? ... Even in PvP? How about rolling next to an enemy or attacking from the side?

Please let me know if you tested this, I will keep trying to get PTS working in the meantime.

No he is not. Vanus Galerion left the Psijic order over differences of opinion, mainly that he felt knowledge should be available to the masses, and that magic should be of benefit to all. The Psijic's are more monastic in function and are concerned with abuse. Vanus studied at the same time as the King of Worms, Mannimarco. They both left for different reasons, but both intended to open magic to all. Vanus Galerion did it with a hope of doing something good, Mannimarco not so much, and they both are locked in a war with one another (which is in lorebooks predating this game). Apart from that, I agree with your notion that the FOUNDER OF THE MAGES GUILD might have a set named after him that involves magicka.

Not quite, but it is closer than you might expect. This gives a little less than 2k DPS, julianos would give 2-3k. Still an interesting set for PvP though.

Some observations on this set. The counter increases per tick on channeled heavy attacks (resto/lightning), and procs on 3 targets at once for lightning staff thanks to AOE passive, and ALL targets hit with overload channeled heavy. With staves, this equates to procing every 2 fully charged heavy attacks.

You Get The new Tel Var Sets from Boxes in Imperial City Sewers.
There Is 1 box for each new Set, and you Receive a random piece of The chosen Set when opening it.
Sets:
- Vicecanon of Venom
- Galerions Revenge
- Imperial Physique
- Thews of The Harbinger

The Sets come atleast in every Armor Type (Light/Medium/Armor), so I suspect Weapons and jewelry to Drop, too, just like Bahrahas Curse/Serpents Spirit from Thieves Guild.
