That makes no sense. There is nothing an Imperial is better at than a Redguard for Magicka.

12% health vs 10% stam regen.
If you're imperial, you can go 7/7 medium and still have more health than a redguard running 5-1-1
You can go full damage
With a redguard you get a little more stam regen.
In pvp health is still important

So do a character you like, not one you calculate.

It's not just 10% stam regen it's also stam regen on melee hits mate you are mistaken...
Vigor & Rally will be used a lot more by a guy with good resource management than a guy with maybe 4k more hp...

The stam and health return on attacks are pretty insignificant for both Imps and Reds.
10% chance for sweet F all.
Unless you're trying to proc spectral bow with siphoning attacks running, in which case the whole synergistic nature doesn't really matter which att you get, it's all good baby.

The stam return insignificant? Wtf you smoking?
My stamblade with 36k stamina has a stam return of approx. 1100. Every three seconds. That equals around 730 stam regen.
That's a ton of stamina and in no way insignificant.
Though I agree that the health return passive from imperials is a bit underwhelming these days.
I have an imperial templar and need to use health and stam regen food for PvP to sustain. If it was a redguard I could go with health & stamina food and still have much more sustain than my imperial. While losing some health and gaining a ton of damage. QQ
Wtb race change please.
