Don't you have any other way to communicate this problem than writing on general forum?
Here it sounds like you complain for ZOS for not paying enough attention for your work. When you started localisation, didn't you receive a name of person responsible for contact in this matter? I'm sure there are better ways to deal with such issues than yelling on general.
I suspect that people managing this forum have little interest or knowledge about unofficial localisations, but ofc I can be wrong. To me, as a former Polish localisation team leader, such issues like complaints for developer being inactive in conversation never were leaking into public forum. It would be just unprofessional and would overshadow our relations. I believe there are multiple other names and people in ZOS who could be communicated about your problem, without involving third party not related with your work. They're ignoring us. So this is the only way to reach them.

Though I believe there may be something wrong in those relations now if you mentioned it and maybe it needs some attention, because the favor of unofficial localisations should be given by both sides with the same degree.
