Immortal quest boss!

So I encountered this glitch today, where the boss of a quest is immortal (but his health bar goes down to zero instantly), and I don't take any damage at all. And it's not even the first time I see it. The same thing happened to a friend of mine in an early-game quest in Stonefalls (can't remember the quest he had trouble with though). PLEASE help me get through this damn quest, I've tried fixing the problem for about 1 hour now! I'll add a video example of what happens when I try to go into the final battle of the quest that's glitching out:

I have tried:
1) Exiting the quest area and re-entering again
2) Fast traveling away from the area and running all the way back again
3) Restarting the game client
4) Sitting down in a corner crying about all the time I wasted on this

✭✭✭✭✭When you restarted the client, did you stay logged off for fifteen minutes before retrying? That is the reset time for a quest location. ✭This boss has a mechanic when his health gets to half then a "surrender" mechanic when it is almost empty I think the one shot you did messed it up try equipping a weaker weapon and let the scenes play out.PS4 NA

Thanks for the tip! That's not the issue though, seeing as even my weakest spells takes him down to 0 health instantly. Keep in mind I'm only a couple of levels higher than the quest, it's only slightly easier but it's not like I'm super OP compared to the enemies.ZOS_DaryaK wrote: »If you haven't already, please submit a ticket to our support team.
