I read that when you hit Level 50 you've gotten the 16 bonus attribute Points for vet 16.

Hi,
I have an ex vet 14 Vampire with now 62 attribute points and an ex vet 4 werewolf with 64 attribute points.
Shouldn't they both now have the same amount? And shouldn't it be 66?
"Each time you level up, you gain 1 attribute point and 1 skill point. With the removal of Veteran Ranks, we had an extra 16 attribute and 16 stat points that needed to be allocated. Our initial thought was to grant all 16 as soon as you hit Level 50. However, we wanted to make the journey from 1-50 more exciting and rewarding. This lead us to doling out an extra attribute and stat point every 5 levels, and two extra points every 10 levels. This fit the 16 points perfectly and created a nice reward cadence for everyone."

Currently you get 48 points from Lv 1-Lv 49 and 16 more points each VR ranks.
So it is perfectly balanced.5

My Vampire still had only 62 attribute points assigned and none left.
But after respeccing with a scroll from the shop, I had 64 points to distribute, so it's a bug.
