What CP rank of the gear will be used in no-CP campaigns/ fate of BwB - begging ZOS for an answer!

Pretty much what the title says.
I enjoy playing on non- vet and no-CP campaigns much better then vet CP ones, but we are always the last to get any info regarding changes that will affect us.
So to my question. What verson of the armor will we be able to wear in 0 CP camapaign: 0 CP or 160 CP one?
-If 160 CP: Will lower gear be scaled; will a player with 20 CP rank and 20 CP gear have the same stats as 501 CP rank and 150/160 CP gear?
-If 0 CP: Will rewards from the mails and gear sold at AP-merchants be also 0 CP in those campaigns (so we can use it) or of your CP rank (so we can use it outside the camapign)? - If not yet decided I would prefer gear usefull within a campaign..
Also while on the topic: What will happen to non-vet? Will it become a 1-49 campaign or a 0 CP one? I've been playing over a year on the Blackwater Blade, I am running a guild there, and I know several other non-vet exclusive guilds. Campaign is on high population every day. WE need a heads up so we can make plans for the future.
Please, dont make us wait till patch. Two of your campaigns are atm clueless on how changes would affect their gear, scaling ect. We would appreciate some information

Roymachine✭✭✭The only difference here is going to be Champion Rank (capped at 160 for gear and loot) instead of Veteran Rank. You won't get any bonuses from your Champion Points, but your Champion Rank (which your gear is based on) isn't changing after DB as it doesn't change now. Go into a non-CP campaign and check your CP rank and you will see it is quite intact,, just no CP beneffits. If you remove all your CPs out and have none specced then you will still be the same Champion Rank in your stats. There doesn't look like there will be any difference whatsoever for people in these campaigns.Edited by Roymachine on May 11, 2016 11:38AM1 -
Sigma957✭✭✭✭✭BWB will stay the same level 10-49 and vet toon will leave once they log out I would presume and since it is no cp campaign anyway.0 -

Considering that's how it works now, I wouldn't consider it an opinion. They have literally said that everything in general is going to work exactly the same, just CR instead of VR. If you could use VR16 gear in Azura's Star then I see no reason you couldnt use CR160 gear there as well. It's not Champion Points Spent Rank 160 gear. It is Champion Rank 160 gear and your Champion Rank does not change even now when you are in BWB or AS, you just lose the effects of any spent CP.0
