Possible [BUG] Crafting crates only contain Temporing Alloy?

Opened up all of the crafting crates available to my Template DB character and all of them had 200x Tempering Alloy but no gold refinement material for clothing or woodworking. They did contain purple and lower refinements for the other professions.
I ended up with 1000 or so Tempering Alloys.
