So I read this topic but it's a year old, and I wonder what's the usefulness now. Is it really so good for bosses in dungeons?
In what particular situations it can release a maximum damage shown in spell description?
I used it once in dungeon on my templar dps and didn't find any special damage or advantages.
On trash mobs like on the pictures, the amount of damage returned to mob, comparing with damage they do to me, is ridiculous...
I think you are confused based on looking at your pictures.
It is damage that YOU do to the enemy that is built up, not damage that is done to you.
Does this change your perspective on how it works?

Well, yes, if you put it that way. Because when I read that it is "copying (or storing) all damage taken", I thought that I take this damage from enemy, not give it to enemy. So a misunderstaning from wrong translation....
Now I'm enlightened and understand that standing still and awaiting for the bear to hit me just to calculate on screen damage was absolutely wrong.
