"Direct X version not supported, but running Direct X 11.1 and my GPU supports Direct X 11

This is a new problem for me since upgrading to Windows 10. While running Windows 7 and previously running Windows 10, I could play ESO on this exact same machine with no problems. It says that the DirectX version is not supported, but I am running DirectX 11.1 and windows update shows no further updates for Direct X. My GPU is an NVIDIA 525M with all drivers fully up-to-date, which supports Direct X 11. I have searched the forums for a solution but have not found any thus far, as none of the current topics apply to my specific problem. The report is attached.

✭✭Your GPU chipset should be able to support DX11 on a hardware level (DX12 even), but checking nVidias tech page about the 525M it says that supported features may vary depending on OEM manufacturer.
However, reading your Report.txt I can see that your GPU chipset is listed as HD 3000 and that the feature section says
"Feature Levels: 10.1, 10.0, 9.3, 9.2.
It was some time I checked and I can't find a better link now, but if you check the link below and follow the rightmost column, you'll see further down that page that the HD 3000 chip set indeed only supports 10.1 on a HW level.

✭✭✭✭Open Nvida Control Panel and make sure ESO is set to always use the Nvidia GPU. My PC usually reverts ESO settings to integrated graphics after updates, which results in this error.3 -
