DC Allegiance (Looking for founding fathers)

Hello All!
I have decided to create a guild and realized that I need a couple of "founding fathers" to help me with initial recruiting etc. DC Allegiance (if you couldn't tell by the name) is mainly a DC guild but may eventually grow into a gamewide guild.
I plan on the guild to be both PvP and PvE based. All members will be expected to assist in our home campaign (Scourge, and sometimes Haderus) when needed.
The guild is open to anyone as long as you are chill, respectful, and most importantly mature.
