I counted 9 reds. You're calling this a big group/zerg? If this guy had 2 more people he would have been able to bomb and likely win, even though he'd be outnumbered 3 to 1.
Most of what I say in TS when leading is calling out prox timers and movement, the second is "don't chase the squirrel". If a squirrel is being annoying and harassing back lines, or if one is right in our path and we've already engaged each other, since when did running away become a valid tactic and complaint when you die? "I ran and they chased me! Can you believe it?! It's clearly the number 1 problem in ESO!! (for permacloaking gankers)" Most of the time if they get far enough to not be killed in 4 seconds it's not worth the effort to chase. If they've put everyone in combat and you can't mount now (because ESO mechanics are stupid) and need to head to a keep and actually contribute to the map instead of ganking, sometimes the best thing to do is chase and kill.

most things is read here are L2P issues, a proper leader dousnt care about 1 ganker... proper leader with 9man groups focuses on 20-30 man groups to bomb them down, atleast thats what ive been doing.
that one guy isnt worth to kill , it all matters on numbers, whats the AP for 1 kil, nothing, look in the big picture, only go for 20+ ppl groups

Did you ever consider that maybe it's not a matter of that group needing the AP, but wanting to chase you two down for the prodigious hate tells and extreme salt levels you're known for? Sorry to say bro, but this is probably a personality issue, and all it takes is one minute of audio from your TS to demonstrate my point. If you've ever wondered why you get chased and other gankers don't, well, maybe that's something to start thinking about.
And yes, if I've got a 9 man group and I'm trying to get somewhere to bomb a group of 20+, if you go after my only negate or my healer, you will be responded to. "Hey guys, I know we're about to go into a heavily outnumbered fight, without our healer, but zergbad wants to be able to gank and then be granted immunity as soon as he runs away because reasons, so we can't chase him, and our healer will just have to run back, not get ganked again, and put a camp down for us once we wipe because we didn't have a healer". Sounds legit man.
