It feels pretty good in first-person, like you're leaping off a cliff onto a mob. Third person it definitely looks wonky, but is still better than their plan to change all the charges into teleports... I'd rather have a wonky charge than no charges at all. Just make 'em fire reliably.
The running in the air is a bit odd, but totally forgivable. There's a really weird delay when charging something below you, have the same problem using Ferocious Leap on live servers, too. You like, move to your opponent's x and y location, then slowly treadmill your way down to them in the z direction.

If they could just make toppling charge work all the time, instead of half the time where it just clicks and tries to fire, I'd be happy if the animation put me in a pink bunny suit and made me hop to my target like Roger Rabbit.
Yeah, I checked on PTS, how far (in height) I can be to the target.
At max height crit Rush looked like a epic attack from above, attempting to cleanly cut the target in 2 pieces. But then again, it slowed down, adjusted the range to the target, and landed after some wonky animations on the target.
Then charging with Shield was just...hilarious
Looked like streak and felt like it. I fast moved 20m on air, hit an invisible wall and suddenly fell down in front of the enemy, bashed him and all the same slowdown + wonky range adjustment.
