New tel var sets, do they come with weapons and jewelry?

Where did you get the Jewelry or the set itself?
I have only checked out the set from the "TEL VAR" Box you get with a PTS template.

Necrelios✭✭✭✭✭Correct, you get them from the armorer Tel Var merchant. I'm using migrated characters so I haven't seen what comes with the templates just yet.
