Actually its available in Light, Medium and Heavy.

Its tagged as "TEL VAR".
So I guess we get random pieces from a box which costs TelVar.

Well on PTS we have Light, Medium and Heavy armor pieces available for this set. It comes in a Box called "TEL VAR".
So I suspect you can buy a box for tel var stones, not having a free choice for light medium or heavy.

(btw, you played in Guild Reddithium long time ago?^^)

I got it confirmed, there are 4 boxes you can buy in imperial city. Each box gives pieces of a certain set (also vicecannon).
So you buy random boxes until you have all pieces together.
Boxes Come in V15(800telvar) and V16(4000 telvar).

But...can you buy medium directly or you just buy and randomly appears and you dont know beforehand? I guess you have for example "telvar medium whateverset helmet" ??
