cschwingeb14_ESO✭✭✭✭I still use V14 morag tong. The lost of 500 stam and 15 weapon damage from armor enchants and set bonuses is pretty unimportant. And a regen enchant on the neck is only 15 less than V16.
For all that you get 3 great set bonuses and 15% more poison damage.0
