Can't log onto a specific character

I can not log into one of my characters. I logged out in the imperial sewers. I can log into my others. I have tried to use the support site and it keeps asking me to log in. I am logged in and cant submit a ticket. Can some from ZOS please help???

    lol, no one from ZOS is going to help you. Everybody's been having these issues. They don't care.

    True true, they're more worried about putting mounts in the Crown Store

    Yeah and now a hot fix for something stupid yet they can't fix the lag and DC issues.

    Try putting a support ticket in from in game (on a different character obviously) but be sure to name which character you are having issues with.
