Body Markings

Is there a reason why we can't dye our body markings while creating our character? Skyrim had this and it would be nice to have a unique color for the markings instead of the basic ones. The painted ones especially as the colors always end up clashing with my character design. I feel like this would be a very simple thing to add to the base game, please no crown store for this....
